Wait a minute! You're a week post surgery, with no gall bladder, and you're making cupcakes? How sick did they make you when you tasted them?
I only tried the chocolate one so far and it was so good. I love the ganache!BF had the red velvet and has said that so far it is his fav.

Guess you're going to have to be a bit more careful about what you eat. I suspect you'll learn fast enough what you can handle and what you can't.Hope you're continuing to do even better, and are well-healed really soon.
